We currently are experiencing some network issues in the Netherlands. All websites on the Cloud are temporary unreachable, it started at 12:06 PM today Pacific Time. The cloud is up and then down even our provider is unreachable. As soon as we know more about this issue we will update the information.
We had a downtime of 30 minutes total, instances are coming up one by one and then down again. It is raining server monitor message alerts right now. Response time of websites are very slow, We wait to see what is happening and a reply from our cloud provider.
Update: 14:53 PM Pacific Time
The cloud has been up for a while and currently down again, it has been up and down for a while now. Still raining server alerts here. There is an infrastructure issue going on.
Update: 19:32 Pacific Time:
All is running smooth again for some hours now. There was a network issue that affected our Cloud Provider in the Netherlands. We had a total down time of 2 hours and 5 minutes on April 10, 2017. According to internet references a whole region was affected including television, telephony and some other big providers, the source was the Technotop Network.
