Google Penguin Update

Google Penguin is a code name for a Google algorithm update that was first announced on April 24, 2012. The update is aimed at decreasing search engine rankings of websites that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines by using now declared black-hat SEO techniques involved in increasing artificially the ranking of a webpage by manipulating the number of links pointing to the page. Such tactics are commonly described as link schemes. According to Google’s John Mueller, Google has announced all updates to the Penguin filter to the public.

Penguin 3 was released October 5, 2012 and affected 0.3% of queries. Matt Cutts announced on May 10, 2013 that the next penguin will have the name Penguin 2.0.

Article removal requests
Due to changes in Google’s algorithm (Penguin updates) we receive a huge amount of link removal requests. We are willing to remove those articles, unfortunately this has to be done manual and our staff is not able to process all requests in time. When our clients are submitting articles or press releases this is processed automatically.

We can remove those articles manually, however we need to charge some administration costs per article.

You can process your request for article removal here, we will try to remove your article as soon as possible.

We are no mobsters to charge excessive processing fees, we just cannot handle so many link removal requests of clients that published their articles or press releases on our websites. We did not placed them by our self, some clients published those article them self or hired a company to do that for them.

We have to hire more staff and train them to remove those articles manually and unfortunately we have to pay them to do that job. We are aware of the mobsters that charge excessive fees for link removals, those are spammy sites. However we are far from that we offer press release publication services so our clients can promote their business and products and our sites have pageranks.

We are willing to help
If you are not willing to pay a small processing fee so we can pay additional staff to help removing articles / links. You are free to use the Disavow tool, the only problem is that it could harm our sites. However you can also wait before you file a disavow for our website(s). When our link removal staff has time, we will remove the requested article (URL), be sure to include the exact URL to avoid any delays. By the way we can only remove link or articles from websites from our clients.

Make a support ticket
We will keep your ticket open, on your request and if our link removal staff has time we will remove the requested article (URL), be sure to include the exact URL to avoid any delays.

That is why we provide you all honest information about the process and the Google Penguin Update.
